We want your Hibiscus piece to reach you safely and on time.

Order processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation, and a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery timelines

• Within Pakistan: 3–5 business days after dispatch via our courier partner.
• International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping charges

• Domestic shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout.
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the order total.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on domestic orders. The courier may contact you to confirm before delivery.

Tracking & delays

• Track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.

Incorrect address

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping charge.
