• Our products are crafted from genuine leather. Natural variation in grain, texture, and tone is a characteristic of real leather, not a defect. Colors may also appear slightly different on screen.

Orders

• Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, including where an item is out of stock, pricing is incorrect, or fraud is suspected.
• We may cancel and refund an order before dispatch at our discretion.

Payment

• Payment must be completed (or COD confirmed) before an order is dispatched.
• Online payments are handled by secure third-party processors.

Shipping and risk

• Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.
